Helicopter, Small Airplane Crash in Midair, Killing Two

Two people were killed aboard a Cessna 172 plane during a midair collision. Officials said the helicopter was damaged but landed safely with three people aboard.  In this age of technology where we can track cell phones on GPS, how can two large aircraft crash into each other?  Find out more.
